Rick has over 15 years of experience and a strong corporate background from TracFone Wireless where he led the strategic StraightTalk and SafeLink Wireless initiatives, the former which now has more subscribers than all TracFone brands combined making up over $8.1B in revenue while ensuring IT-SOX and PCI compliance.
Rick has led technology-based products from inception to launch and has led products through Seed and Series A funding. Rick has launched multiple SaaS solutions including a multi-tenant SaaS platform that has been deployed to over 51 countries in NORAM, LATAM, APAC and EMEA, and a first-of-its-kind system to deliver movie theater content over cellular with IoT capabilities to customers in the United States.
Rick’s educational background in business and his keen sense for blending business and product strategy with technology make him the kind of innovative leader clients need. His technical know-how makes him highly respected among engineers, developers and technical managers. His ability to serve in both strategic executive committees and operational roles with development and operations teams brings tremendous value to clients.
Rick holds an MBA and is currently attending Florida International University to attain his Doctorate of Business. Rick is a PMI-certified Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP) and Project Management Professional (PMP).

Dr. George T. Kastner is the Founder and CEO of FirstGTK LLC. He is an accomplished strategy and operations consultant, and a distinguished professor. Dr. Kastner has taught in six universities in nine countries; currently, he has an adjunct professor appointment in the Business School at the University of Miami. Dr. Kastner served as President of Arthur D. Little LATAM.
